Sunshine!

We began the afternoon by splitting from our partner school who went off kayaking, whilst we headed back down to the town to buy some souvenirs and explore the town in more detail.  We sat in the sun and did some Maths problems and brushed up our French of course.

It was really warm and to celebrate, the children did roly-polys down the meadows before joining their friends for more games and even a spot of sunbathing.

This evening, it was back over the wobbly bridge for the last time for races and sports as the sun set ahead of us.  Some friendships are now quite strong so it will be sad to have to leave them tomorrow morning.

6W, the monkey bridge/rope was like a trapeze and it took some guts to cross it.  The rock climbing was on real rocks and you just went up as far as you could before being lowered down.  We'll show you all the photos when we get back.

This may be our last blog before getting back to school as we set off tomorrow for our journey home. It's been a great trip!  See you back at All Saints.
